Being a creative yet pragmatic person Christopher founded CQ Architects with the aspiration to create architecture that is both progressive but respectful of its context. He prides himself on his detailing and technical ability that translates ideas into built form, while retaining all the key elements of the initial concept. Before setting up practice, Christopher gained experience working with White Ink Architects in Belfast on multimillion projects. These included Premier Inn Hotels in GB and Nazareth House Nursing homes in both Cork and Dublin. He later moved to McGarry-Moon Architects where he worked on a number of residential projects. Most notable would be working on new €400 million, 220-home development south of Prague for the Arendon Development Company. Christopher has since moved on to set up CQ Architects who’s projects span across an array of sectors, both public and private, including sports, hospitality, commercial, educational, industrial and residential.
